WELCOME, NEURONS! Congratulations on your successful synapse-stamp! You’ve officially been assigned to the Entorhinal Cortex Department at Time Management Incorporated, where we help our Human make it through another seven-day cycle without collapsing into a useless heap of goo. 

As the newest Time Coordinator, your task is deceptively simple: Build and manage a schedule that keeps our Human alive, productive, and (somewhat) happy.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: (gameplay)

• Balance 5 Essential Needs:  Rest •  Fun •  Physical Health •  Practical Work •  Social Capacity

 Neglect one, and you might just crash the entire system. No pressure!

• Use the Activity Creator to construct time blocks. Adjust their duration, watch your rest reserves, and don’t be afraid to experiment. Bigger activities = bigger rest drain.
• Drag activities into the daily calendar. Arrange each day like a delicate neural bouquet. Leave a few gaps — empty slots become delicious, rejuvenating rest!
• Keep an eye on your values — if any of them hit zero, let’s just say… the Parietal Cortex folks start freaking out.
